By submitting a booking request through Playa Escapes, you agree to the following terms:

Promotional Packages

All vacation packages promoted by Playa Escapes are promotional offers that include attendance at a vacation club presentation. Presentation attendance is mandatory to receive promotional pricing.

Eligibility Requirements

Guests must meet resort-specific eligibility requirements including but not limited to:

• Minimum age requirements (typically 25-30 years)
• Valid credit card in attendee’s name
• Married couples must attend together
• Valid government-issued ID

Pricing

All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at time of booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by package and will be communicated at time of booking confirmation.
